Bojan Brežan speaking at the symposium 16th Civil and Commercial Law Days in Portorož

Schoenherr Ljubljana's partner Bojan Brežan will speak at the symposium 16th Civil and Commercial Law Days (XVI. Dnevi civilnega in gospodarskega prava) taking place on 19 and 20 April at the Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož. He will discuss the limitations regarding transferability of collateral, in particular, maximum mortgage.
The symposium, organised by the Institute for Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, is a regular legal conference bringing together Slovenian lawyers active in the field of private law, either in the academic, judicial or economic sphere.
