Bernd Rajal and Marko Frantar spoke at Energetika in pravo '19 forum in Brdo pri Kranju

Bernd Rajal, partner at Schoenherr Vienna, and Marko Frantar, attorney at law, in cooperation with Schoenherr Slovenia, spoke at the 10th Energy and Law Forum (Energetika in pravo '19) taking place on 27 November in Brdo pri Kranju. As part of the "Opportunities for Energy Market Participants" lecture series, they discussed the topic of the "Regulatory and contractual framework for renewable energy".
The Forum is the only annual event of its kind in Slovenia. Each year, many leading lawyers, experts, attorneys, regulatory experts, and decision makers active in the energy sector attend the forum. This year, the forum brings new developments in European consumer protection legislation and proceedings before the EU authorities, and the expected activities and novelties of Slovenian energy legislation for 2020.
