Bojan Brežan and Marko Frantar spoke at the 18th Civil and Commercial Law Days in Ljubljana, Slovenia

Schoenherr Slovenia's partner Bojan Brežan and attorney at law Marko Frantar spoke at the 18th Civil and Commercial Law Days legal conference (XVIII. Dnevi civilnega in gospodarskega prava) taking place on 24 and 25 September 2020 at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and simultaneously via Zoom platform.
Bojan was discussing the impact of the amendments to the Civil Procedure Act (ZPP-E) from the position of a litigation counsel. He also participated in a panel discussion on the effect of COVID-19 on contractual relationships, with a focus on lease relationships. Marko was discussing the key features of Warranty & Indemnity insurance and how this product slots into the wider context of transaction negotiations.
The event is organised by the Institute for Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. Civil and Commercial Law Days is an annual event bringing together industry practitioners active in the field of civil and commercial law.
