19th Civil and Commercial Law Days: Marko Frantar speaking about practical issues of (non)exercise of pre-emption right

Attorney at law and partner Marko Frantar spoke at the 19^th Civil and Commercial Law Days legal conference (XIX. Dnevi civilnega in gospodarskega prava). The conference took place on 20 May 2021 via Zoom platform. Marko discussed the practical challenges surrounding pre-emption rights in the context of real estate transactions.
